“Saddle Point,” on view February 11 through March 25, is a joint installation by Inbar Hagai and Itamar Stamle.

The 10 winning projects, which together will receive $250,000 in funding, were selected by a panel of 12 judges.

“Arrogate” presents visual allegories of indictment, comeuppance, reflection and revenge, of rights violated, abrogated, lost and won.
